Google xodimlari uchun  «Don’t be evil» shiori o‘z ahamiyatini yo‘qotyaptimi?

 

«Don’t be evil» iborasi ancha vaqt kompaniyaning shiori sifatida ma’lum edi.  Shunga qaramay, xodimlar uchun yangilangan kodeksda ushbu shior endi yo‘qolib bormoqda. Shunisi qiziqki, Google tomonidan bu haqda izoh ham berilmadi.  

Wayback Machine arxivida yozilishicha, o‘zgarish 2018 yilning aprel oxirida yoki may oyi boshlarida yuz bergan.

Xodimlarning o‘zini tutish bo‘yicha «Don’t be evil» korporativ kodeksi 2000 yildan amal qilinib kelinardi. 2015 yilga kelib, Google yangi Alphabet muassis-kompaniya tarzda qayta tashkil etildi va o‘zgartirilgan «Do the right thing» iborasi qabul qilindi.  Shunga qaramay, shiorning avvalgi varianti  2018 yilgacha o‘z kuchida qolgandi.

Eski shior kompaniya hayotining ko‘p jabhalarida va qoidalarida amalda bo‘ldi. Masalan, u xodimlarni ishga eltuvchi avtobuslarda Wi-Fi poroli sifatida xizmat qildi. Endi esa, ushbu iborani qoidalarning oxirgi satrida uchratasiz.

«Don’t be evil». Googlers generally apply those words to how we serve our users. But «Don’t be evil» is much more than that. But it’s also about doing the right thing more generally – following the law, acting honorably, and treating co-workers with courtesy and respect.

2018 yil 4 mayda ushbu parchaning yangilangan varianti quyidagicha bo‘ldi:

Shunga qaramay, xodimlarning o‘zini tutish kodeksidagi oxirgi yangilanish 2018 yil 5 aprel deb qayd etilgan.

Shuni ham eslatib o‘tmoqchimizki, Google HTTPS’ga nisbatan ham pozitsiyasini o‘zgartirgan edi. Google Chrome brauzerining yangi versiyasi HTTPS-qo‘shilmasining xavfsizligi sifatida aks ettirilgan.
